We’re bringing together our community for a morning of health, connection, and a little self-investment—because you deserve to feel your best.
Join us for an intimate wellness workshop led by Sally Sykes, a board-certified functional medicine doctor who will guide us through how to actually use our lab work to understand and optimize our health.
Bring your most up-to-date labs if you have them—they’re not required, but they’ll help make the session personal and powerful. Just want to listen and learn? That’s perfectly welcome too.

If you’re interested in getting your lab work done ahead of the event, Sally recommends asking your doctor for the following panels:
CBC (Complete Blood Count)
CMP (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel)
Lipid Panel
Insulin
HbA1C (Hemoglobin A1C)
HsCRP (High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein)
If you're not sure how to get this done, let us know—we can help coordinate through a trusted third-party provider. Labs typically take 4–6 weeks, so now’s the time!

10:00 – 11:00 AM | Wellness Workshop with Dr. Sally Sykes
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Optional 1:1 Sessions, Supplement Shop, Sips + Snacks, and Mingling
